Susan Raunig - AKA Pasta Francesca - has been with us this week teaching us traditional Bolognese style pasta making.  

We have been stunned by the beautiful and deliciousness of her unique creations. Susan has been working with Vincent and Lis, preparing filled pasta, truffle-laminated pasta & house made ricotta gnudi this weekend's menu.  Susan will be teaching a Pasta class this Saturday (sorry, it is long since sold out!), and she will be joining us for dinner Saturday night to talk pasta. We'd love for you to join us for this special treat.
