Harvest Party Recap

Orchard Kitchen and Farm hosted our second Farm Tour and Dinner this Sunday, September 22nd. The first one we hosted was in the Spring and it was so much fun we decided to do it again. This event gives our guests a unique opportunity to see what happens long before their food hits plate. Our Head Farmer Savannah Reid and Property Manager, Patrick Moote lead tours showcasing various parts of our farm to start out the festivities. After guests have toured the property they are invited to gather on our patio for aperitifs and hors d’oeuvres. A casual, family style dinner was served shortly after in our historic barn creating a scene that feels more like an intimate gathering of close friends than that of strangers. This is a great way to welcome in the changing of the seasons and the easing into a slower pace. We look forward to hosting this special event for years to come!
