Upcoming Cooking Classes
January brings the return of our cooking classes. Booking a class is great way to keep yourself modivated after the holidays and stay inspired through the winter. Each class will include a family- style farmhouse lunch, 2 glasses of wine, coffee or tea service and a printed recipe of everything Chef went over in class! “Risotto” with Chef Vincent $150 per person for class, printed materials, lunch & wine.
Risotto is one of the most versatile of preparations. It can be made with red or white wine, can accompany fish, meat and vegetable preparation, and can serve as a meal all on its own. Risotto is gluten free and easier to make than you might think, and we will teach you all you need to know.
“Paella” Join us for Vincent’s favorite class. Learn the traditional (and less than traditional) preparation of this Spanish Classic. $170 per person for class, your own pan, a bag of paella rice, printed materials, lunch & wine..
A traditional Italian style of pasta. In this technique-driven class celebrates this timeless pasta, we’ll show you exactly how to prepare from scratch these pillowy light dumplings perfectly every time. 150$ for this class.
“Braising.” In this class Chef Vincent will lead with a discussion of, “What do we braise and why?” You will learn how to braise protein, vegetables and how to make a sauce for your braise with the reduced braising liquor. 150$ for this class.
